Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to the England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland only. We are sorry for any disappointment caused but we cannot make any exceptions at all.

All Mervue products are tested in the forensic laboratories UK.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are as follows:
- Delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland will is €6
- Delivery to England, Wales and Scotland is €21
Delivery prices quoted are for orders up to 30kg.
If your order is above this weight, you will be contacted directly by a member of the Briovet customer team with details of the additional cost of delivery for your order.
If your order value is over €75 then delivery is FREE for delivery in England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Fulfilment of Orders
Briovet endeavours to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time (typically 5 working days where items are in stock at our distribution centre).
There may be rare occasions where we face stock shortages through circumstances beyond our control. Should such circumstances arise, Briovet reserve the right to extend the lead time for fulfilment or extend the back-order period where appropriate and within reason. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order.
Regarding Pet products, prices quoted on the Briovet site are all VAT inclusive.
Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays only (not Bank holidays). You will receive an automated email on dispatch of your goods.
- Christmas period deliveries and information: Courier and postal services usually require a little extra time for delivery in the busy Christmas period.
If there are Dispatch delays affecting normal service, we post current delivery and delay information on our website. Individual orders experiencing delays at our end are always informed directly.
Our couriers will require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied.
Couriers will ask for a signature and will often phone the contact number before delivery.
Please complete the Briovet Returns Form, and state clearly your reason for returning the product. (Please make sure you have read the following before returning any products).
(a) Subject to (d) and (e) below, Goods may be returned to the Supplier for refund up to 14 working days after the date of delivery provided that the delivery note or invoice number is quoted.
(b) Returned goods will only be accepted by the Supplier if they are in a sound and resalable condition. Goods must be returned unused, and in the condition which they were sent out. We will not accept back soiled items. Whether Goods are sound and resalable shall be at the sole decision of the Supplier. Any goods which the Supplier deems to be not resalable will only be returned to the Purchaser at the specific request of the Purchaser and at the Purchaser’s expense. Notwithstanding the discretion of the Supplier in deciding whether goods are sound and resalable, goods will not be deemed resalable if they are returned in anything but their original packaging or the quantities of the goods returned are different from those originally supplied.
(c) Where goods returned for refund are goods which have been supplied in boxes or in quantities. Refunds of goods will only be given if the goods are returned in their boxes and/or in the same quantities supplied to the Purchaser.
(d) The Supplier reserves the right to make a charge for handling and restocking equal to 20% of the sale price of the goods returned.
(e) Goods specially obtained for the Purchaser may not be returned for credit or exchange.
(f ) When making a request to return products to us it should be made within the following timescales: Damaged goods 24 hours. Picking errors (i.e. wrong goods) 3 working days.
(g) The following products are not excepted for return- All goods that have been on farm CANNOT be returned. Goods will only be accepted for the following reasons;
- To correct an error in delivery.
- In response to a product recall instigated by the Manufacturer.
- Where products are alleged to be faulty.
If you return an item for refund by post, please enclose a covering letter stating:
- Your reasons for return
- A copy of your receipt
- Full contact details including postal address and daytime contact telephone number.
Goods must be returned in undamaged packaging.
They must be sent by registered or any other postage method requiring the recipient Briovet to sign on delivery.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. Please return to:
